McMurray School Gives Back for the Holidays

Each homeroom is collecting money to buy presents for two needy children this holiday season.

Each year at McMurray School, the staff and students provide gifts during the holidays for needy individuals.

This year the school will participate in the Angel Tree program sponsored
by Catholic Charities in Washington.

Each homeroom will purchase gifts for two children. Organizers are asking the students to donate money to their classes to purchase gifts.

Children who choose to participate, should send the money to school by Friday.

After the money is collected, each class will determine what can be bought with the donations.

Gifts will then be purchased and placed in gift bags, and Parent Teacher Association volunteers will deliver them to Washington.
