More Than 20 Professionals Spark Interest at Career Day

From chemical engineer to Spanish professor, students got a taste of it all.

More than 20 professionals sparked interest among McMurray Elementary students on Friday during the school's annual Career Day.

The fourth, fifth and sixth graders rotated through stations and heard presentations from professionals that included a chemical engineer, a Spanish professor at Washington and Jefferson, a veterinarian, graphic artist and architect.

The event was organized by counselors Stephanie Ali and Brenda Gruhn.
