Peters Township Among America's Top High Schools

Newsweek and The Daily Beast have compiled a list of America's Best High Schools and Peters Township High School ranks 375 out of 2,000.

The rankings highlight "those that have proven to be the most effective in turning out college-ready" graduates. The list is based on graduation rate, college acceptance rate, AP test taken per student, average SAT and ACT scores, average AP scores and percent of students enrolled in at least one AP course. Here is a description of the full methodology.

According to the data compiled, Peters Township High School has a graduation rate of 100 percent, with 98 percent of the graduates going to college, an average SAT score of 1652, an average ACT score of 25 and an average AP test score of 3.6.
