The Peters Township High School InterAct Club is creating a Wall of Valor to honor alumni who proudly served in the U.S. military.
The Wall of Valor will include military pictures of Peters Township High School alumni who have served in various branches of the armed service within the last 10 years.
After the 10th year, pictures will be retired and the graduates' names will be replaced with a name marker on a plaque.
The Wall of Valor will be located in the vestibule of the Peters Township High School and pictures will be arranged according to year of graduation.
Know someone who should be included?
Those who wish to have their picture included on the wall must send a non-returnable 5-inch by 7-inch bootcamp graduation picture, along with the service member's name, branch of the military and year of high school graduation.
That information should be submitted to the PTHS InterAct Club in care of Mrs. Alexander, 264 East McMurray Road McMurray, Pa. 15317.
