Students Celebrate International Dot Day

Special activities took place at Bower Hill Elementary on Friday.

As part of their "express yourself" theme, students celebrated International Dot Day on Friday, based on the children's book, The Dot by Peter Reynolds.

Staff members from the Pittsburgh Mattress Factory Museum were on hand to share an interactive art installation created by a Japanese artist.

Third grade students, given the job of curator for the event, also assisted their classmates Bower Hill’s very own dot art installation in the hallway.
