Volunteers Needed for Comprehensive Planning Process

Peters Township School District needs your help!

Peters Township School District is looking for community and business members to become stakeholders in the district's new comprehensive planning process.

The "comprehensive plan" is a Pennsylvania Department of Education initiative and replaces the former "strategic planning" process.

The comprehensive plan is a six-year obe, which also includes a mid-point review.

The purpose of comprehensive planning is to ensure that all stake holders have
a role ensuring that all students continue to achieve at high levels. Continuous planning is the process to create a road map for continuing to enhance performance and produce quality results for all of the students in Peters Township.

If you choose to join us in this process, your time involvement would include a
minimum of two evening planning meetings this school year, a mid-point review in year three and a final meeting in year six of the comprehensive plan.
