Breakfast Challenge

Looking great, feeling great, and living well starts with the Breakfast Challenge. It just might be what the doctor orders for you to kick start a healthier you!

Making changes especially around health and fitness can be daunting and sometimes even depressing.  You think ... Where do I begin?  How do I begin?  And that leads you to ... I don't even want to begin!  Right?  Believe me! I've been there.

Well let me encourage you today to consider starting very simple ... with breakfast!

Breakfast is a meal that we all know we need to eat, we all know it's the most important meal of the day, and we all know that it often gets skipped or at best filled with sugary stuff that doesn't fuel the body at all.

Many of us are taking the Breakfast Challenge, which is a 90 Day Challenge with a commitment to start the day right with a nutritous, simple, fast, and might I add inexpensive meal.  Many people are getting great results including more energy and even weight loss.
