What is a Laughter Club? Laughter Clubs promote laughter inside to support happiness outside. Participants get together to use laughter to improve health and outlook, as laughter can reduce stress, strengthen your immune system, and lower your blood pressure. Laughter Clubs utilize a systematic activity approach that is based on a foundation of practices, such as yoga, meditation, and modern medical science. Members of Laughter Clubs are engaged in active and interactive participation. You may also register online, at the library's circulation desk, or call 724-941-9430. Drop-Ins are also welcomed!
