Peters Earns No. 1 Seeds For WPIAL Soccer Playoffs

Both the girls and boys teams will begin the tournament with a bye.

After finishing dominant regular seasons, both the boys and girls Peters Township High School soccer teams earned top seeds for the WPIAL soccer playoffs.

The boys team will play the winner of the Seneca Valley vs. Mt. Lebanon game on Thursday, Oct. 25 at home.

The two-time defending PIAA champion girls team will take on Fox Chapel or Hampton on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at home.

According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, the boys enter postseason with a 13-1-2 record and the girls with a 17-1 record.
