Red Carpet Miniature Golf Announces Summer Tournament Dates

Tournaments are scheduled for June 26 and July 17.

Are you ready to get your mini golf on? Red Carpet Miniature Golf in North Strabane has kicked off its annual summer tournament schedule. Mark your calendars for June 26 and July 17. 

Both tournaments are open to mini golfers of all ages and skills, with door prizes drawn from all registrations for park tickets valid at Kennywood, Idlewild, Sandcastle, the Pittsburgh Zoo and Pirate games.

Trophies and cash prizes will also be awarded for the top three golfers. In the 12 and under division there are additional prizes on the course's tadpole hole No. 13, and the top golfer will receive a Toys R Us gift card.

The first tournament will kick off Sunday, June 26. Registration begins at 11:45 with the first group teeing off around noon. Entry to the tournament is $12 per person and includes two rounds of golf and the chance to win all prizes. 

Following the original tournament, the July date takes patrons to a new location—the Red Carpet Golf and Recreation Center, located at 2200 Old National Pike Road (behind USA Steak & Foodland on Route 40; Chesnut Street).

The tournament will be held Sunday, July 17 with registration starting at noon and a tee time at 12:30 p.m. Entry for this tournament is $14 per person and includes two rounds of golf and a chance for all prizes, which include park tickets mentioned above.

An additional raffle for VIP Terrace Club tickets to the Pocono 500, a $500 value, will be drawn from all registrants. 

Red Carpet Miniature Golf has been hosting tournaments at its original location for 11 years. Both courses are family-friendly establishments featuring quality and affordable entertainment for kids of all ages. 

Red Carpet Golf and Recreation Center also features a driving range, banquet room and snack bar in addition to its miniature golf course with cascading water and ponds throughout.
