Veteran Trainer, Driver, Injured During Meadows 'Training Mishap'
He was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital.
A veteran trainer and driver was injured Friday morning in a training mishap at The Meadows, a spokesman for the venue confirmed.
Rod Bolon, 54, was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital for observation and treatment. His condition was unknown Friday afternoon.
Horsemen at the scene described him as conscious and alert following the incident, the spokesman said.
