1. Cooking Club set its next meeting. Mark your calendar this week for 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 12. At this special meeting, the group will discuss and make decisions about the club's format, review the registration process and update its mission statement. 2. Local business has partnered with J2 Fitness Pros in Canonsburg. The catering company and personal training biz will work with clients on nutritional recommendations from the extensive menu. Learn more here.

4. Pittsburgh Fashion Week is calling for student designers! If you'd like to be a part of the festivities during the week of Sept. 24-30, email student_designer@pittsburghfashionweek.com. There will be a nominal fee to enter, but you will have the chance to produce your own fashion show, etc. For more information, visit pittsburghfashionweek.com.

5. Cut-Your-Own Flowers is now available at . Visit the farm and cut a beautiful bouquet for you or a loved one. Also, the farm's sweet corn is arriving Thursday—YUM!
