Recipe of the Week: Blueberry Smoothie

Here's a refreshing summer treat that's healthy, too!

Every summer, I get into a fruit smoothie kick. They're refreshing and can be a really healthy alternative to ice cream or other frozen snacks!

I usually take these ingredients, measure them to taste, and toss them in a blender ... but I found these measurements on Smoothie Web to make the recipe a little more clear.

I have used different fruits for this and it's turned out well. I have also used rice milk instead of dairy milk. For a little extra kick, I sometimes add about a tablespoon of lemon or lime juice.
