I bought a 2002 PT Cruiser new from them and last year it developed a problem with overheating. The service dept guarenteed me it was a blown head gasket which I had them replace. It still over heated so they then replaced the radiator and charged me for the more epxensive head gasket repair. A few months later it developed a recurrent misfire and the check engine light came on. They said they could not find anything wrong, so I hooked it up to a friends OBDII scangauge and found a error P0300, which means multiple cylinder misfire. It had to have the same error 3 days prior when they looked at it. I guess they don't want to fix my vehicle.

Went looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Sales rep was TERRIBLE. His name was John Hansberry (they had him working the Kia section but we were told all sales reps can sell the "used cars"). Extremely condescending. He clearly had no intention of taking females seriously.
Very disappointing to see. Do NOT patronize this dealership.
