Walking from the strip mall parking lot into this wood-oven scented, bustling bistro is going through the gastronomical looking glass. Don't let the chain-like façade fool you into a bloomin' onion. This is a sophisticated place populated by casually well-dressed adults out to have a good time. The low, flattering lighting is punctuated by the bursting energy of the place. The vibe is a cross between upscale hip mod and southwestern lodge. It's cozy without the snow boots. A musical backdrop from Springsteen to Pink is just fine.
