Bill Gray Volvo Planning New Addition

Planning commissioners approved a revised site plan.

A building addition is being planned for Bill Gray Volvo in McMurray. The Peters Township Planning Commission approved the revised site plan Thursday night. A representative for Bill Gray Volvo said a 3,500 square-foot addition is desired for the south of the exisiting building to hold the dealership's lift and vehicle servicing equipment. Customers would be able to "pull into the new building," he said. The "old area" would then become a new customer service area. The representative also said the addition would match the architecture of the existing building. The revised site plan will now be reviewed by Peters Council. Safety Day Returns to Bill Gray Volvo

Stop by Saturday for a picnic, car seat safety checks by the Peters Township firefighters and prizes.

Did you know eight out of 10 car seats are improperly installed? Now, you don't have to worry. Back for the third time is Bill Gray Volvo's annual Safety Day & Picnic this Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. The free event will have hot dogs, refreshments and fun for the kids—a Peters Township fire truck, ambulance and police car will be present. "A great event geared toward safety and families, you do not need to be in the market for a car or even own a Volvo," said Kirsten McGrath of Bill Gray Volvo.  "The car seat inspectors are all from the fire department and recommend you call ahead to make an appointment so you don't have to wait long while you're there. They prefer that the child who rides in the seat is present, but it isn't required…
