Eat'n Park's Caring for Kids Campaign Breaks Record

All-time high amount benefits Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, other children's hospitals.

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group team members and guests have raised a record total of $421,645 for children’s hospitals and charities across Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia during the company’s 34th annual Caring for Kids Campaign. The contributions included those made at the Eat'n Park in McMurray. The grand total is an increase of more than 2 percent over the 2011 campaign and is the highest total ever raised in the history of the Caring for Kids Campaign, exceeding the previous record set in 2011 by more than $8,200. A major contribution to the campaign’s total was $154,000 generated by this year’s in-store Ford raffle, shattering previous records of money raised and tickets sold for this fundraiser. Eat'n Park Raises More Than $400K for Children's Hospitals

The grand total is 21 percent more than raised during last year's campaign, and the highest in Caring for Kids Campaign history.

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group team members and guests have raised $413,371 for children’s hospitals and charities across Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia during the company’s 33rd annual Caring for Kids Campaign.  The grand total is an increase of more than 21 percent during the 2010 campaign and is the highest total ever raised in the history of the Caring for Kids Campaign—exceeding the previous record set in 2006 by more than $51,000. Since its inception in 1979, the Caring for Kids Campaign has now raised more than $8 million. Eat'n Park Announces 33rd Annual Caring for Kids Campaign

Guests are invited to purchase a raffle ticket for the chance to win a new 2012 Ford Focus through Dec. 11.

Eat’n Park is rolling out its 33rd annual Caring for Kids Campaign to raise funds for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. Beginning Friday and running through Dec. 11, guests are invited to purchase a raffle ticket for the chance to win a new 2012 Ford Focus. A brand new Race Red Ford Focus SE sedan, provided by the Neighborhood Ford Store, will be parked at Eat’n Park restaurants throughout the Pittsburgh area. Emblazoned with the Caring for Kids logo, the vehicles will help promote the campaign and remind guests to purchase a $2 raffle ticket for the chance to win a car.
