Check Out the Fun of Cub Scouting!

Check out this event, which features an obstacle course game!

Think that the Cub Scouts might be for your boy? Then mark your calendars for this upcoming Peters Township event! Boys currently in grades kindergarten through fourth grade are invited to come meet and play with Cub Scout Pack 1393. "You'll participatein our annual and super fun obstacle course game," organizers said. Interested? Then make sure you attend the function, which will be held from 6:15 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 26 at Crossroads Church of Christ. The church is located at 236 Thomas Road in McMurray. Please note that this is an indoor event —and that the boys should be dressed for fun! New cubs for 2013-14 are encouraged to participate, and as a reminder: There are no dues until September. DiamondBackers, Scouts, Band Fest & Plan Peters 2022

Another week, another chance to get organized! With the start of school, sports and activities, it can be difficult to keep track. Here are some things, happening in Peters Township soon, to note. First baseball meeting. The Peters Township High School DiamondBackers will have its first meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at the high school. Topics being discussed are new by-laws, membership, fundraising, workouts, committees, the weight room and the coaches report. The meeting will be held in Room B266. Be sure to keep up with the DiamondBackers on Facebook. Scout sign-ups.
