Pennsylvania Election Results 2012

 Results (unofficial): President Barack Obama and Vice-President Joe Biden were re-elected Tuesday night, defeating Republican challenger and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and his vice-presidential running mate Rep. Paul Ryan. Obama won Pennsylvania, gaining the state's 20 electoral votes. In Pennsylvania's 2012 race for U.S. Senate, incumbent Bob Casey Jr. (D-Scranton) defeated Tom Smith (R-Shelocta).  In the races for three state offices: Incumbent Tim Murphy will remain the U.S. representative of the 18th congressional district.
