Unidentified Restaurant Coming to Nearby Norman Centre
Norman Centre will get 22 more spaces to accommodate restaurant patrons.
Additional parking for nearby Norman Centre has been approved. Upper St. Clair commissioners voted to allow expansion of the parking area to accommodate 22 more spaces in the office-retail complex, off Route 19. A retaining wall, guardrail and additional buffer features also are in the plans. An as-yet-unnamed restaurant is taking the place of longtime tenant Pearl Vision, requiring more parking. “We’re not at liberty to make an announcement as to who that is,” Robert Sapsara, vice president of Norman Centre management company Crossgates Inc., told commissioners at their meeting on Sept. 4.
