The Peters Township Public Library and Community Recreation Center are closing at 4 p.m. Peters Township School District sporting events are also being affected by the snowfall Friday, Jan. 25. Here's the latest update from the district spokesperson: Boys JV/Varsity Basketball Girls JV/Varsity Basketball Boys Freshmen Basketball Indoor Track The township has declared a snow removal emergency and schools were dismissed 45 minutes early.
