A Canonsburg woman was jailed early Thursday after being charged by Peters Township police with disorderly conduct and making false reports. Tara Howard, 36, was charged by Peters Township police Wednesday and arraigned early Thursday before district Judge Jay Weller, online court records indicate. The Observer Reporter newspaper indicates that several area departments surrounded a house in the 400 block of Justabout Road in Peters Township Wednesday afternoon after Washington County 911 received a call that someone was shot and bleeding inside the residence.
