Peters Township Council is waiting a little longer to fill five vacancies on the municipality’s youth commission. The council members have interviewed nine of the 10 candidates and want to wait until the process is over. There are five openings on the youth commission. The interview process began two months ago, and officials are confident they will conduct the final interview before the next meeting. “I think we would appreciate a little more time to think about it and review some of the documentation that they supplied,” Chairman Frank Arcuri said during the council’s Monday night voting meeting.
