Recipe of the Week: 'Super Pasta'

I like to eat. So, one night, when my wife—yes, Mrs. B-W Patch—cooked up some whole wheat pasta with chicken, spinach and feta, I thought, "What else could we put in this?!" A quick raid of the pantry and freezer that night turned a good meal into a great one, and ever since, the Mrs. and I have added things to what is now known as, simply, "super pasta."
