Roughly one-quarter of the land in Peters Township is undeveloped or underdeveloped. If these properties were to develop, what type, intensity and character of uses should be permitted? How will the municipal budget, traffic, schools, township staffing and overall quality of life be affected by different land use choices? Peters Township residents are invited to a three-day workshop to learn, create and influence the future by sharing thoughts, ideas and perspectives about new development and growth—before it happens. This is the next—and very important—step in the township's process to develop it's 10-year comprehensive plan.
